This shocking revelation came to me when I was reviewing a book entitled, Spiritual Warfare During your sleep Volume 1 & 2 by Dr. Alisha Anderson. I knew that while I have made changes during my day that could affect my dreams, I didn't realize I could make changes in my dreams that could affect my day.
This podcast is a primer for the review I will do on Dr. Anderson's book review. It sets the stage and clearly articulates the need for this education.
